Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Application developed by Rishtey Dhaage. 

These Terms apply to all users of the Application and those registering on the website.

You agree that you will not use the Application Service for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to the pirating or illegal distribution of software.

The Android App is not meant for dating applications and you shall be held accountable, and prosecuted and strict legal action will be taken for any misuse of the app.

For Parichay Sammelan Virtual Meetings we have added Zoom Plugin, the Zoom Plugin shall NOT be used for nudity, sexually explicit material or pornography, or any other purpose prohibited under the law; in such case, the appropriate legal action shall be initiated against such user.

This app shall be meant for the use of persons from the restricted community only and Rishtey Dhaage reserves the right to verify a person who subscribes to the app. A person from another community shall not be entitled to use this app. If such a person from another community is found using this app the services shall be forthwith discontinued and the subscription amount shall be confiscated.

You agree that you will not attempt to access areas and information that you are not authorized to access.

The intention of this app is to facilitate lawful marriages by providing a platform for contact between eligible persons. You must be competent to marriage as per the laws in India.

The intended subscriber must give true and correct information and supporting documents while registering in the app and such information and documents are primarily verified by the administrator. However, we are not responsible for any false information/ documents provided by the subscriber. As a candidate, it is your responsibility to stay vigilant and do your own due diligence and background verification before proceeding with any potential match.

You cannot change your device once you are registered with your Registration ID/ Book ID. If you wish to change your registered device that will be considered a new user and you will be charged accordingly.

Limited Liability

You accept that Rishtey Dhaage does not have any sort of liability whatsoever for anything that may arise from the use of our app including any damage/s caused to your mobile/ handset for any reason whatsoever.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

This agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the city of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Consent

You provide us consent to use your profile data for the promotion of our event/ publish your success story in case we are informed by you/ or any other verified source, of your marriage happening as a benefit of using our platform. We do not intend to spam you but will send timely newsletters, emails and relevant information for you to find your partner as quickly as possible.

Changes

We also reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. 

Support

We always try to fix the Application issue but as some of our apps depend on phone hardware we might not be able to solve the issue if related to phone Hardware OR if you upgrade to a new Android Phone OR You Change your phone to a different one.

In this case, if you change your device your old phone application will not be able to transfer old Phone Data/Settings to your new Phone automatically.
